AMPD
An Assistant Professor in the Department of Dance, Bridget was recognized with a President’s University-Wide Teaching Award in 2018 and the inaugural AMPD e-learning teaching award in 2014. She has been an invited speaker on effective blended learning strategies and researches the impact of innovative teaching methods on undergraduate learning. With AIF support Bridget is working on developing two fully online courses – one to support AMPD students in acquiring effective writing and communication skills and a second on dance as a living link to cultural heritage. Bridget is excited to be a part of such a broad-thinking, interdisciplinary initiative that motivates students to invest in and actualize their own learning.
